Every method describes the draws themselves: variance() divides by n and quantile() inverts the empirical distribution function (R type = 1).

Usage

sampled(draws, ptr = NULL)

Arguments

draws

Non-empty numeric vector of finite values.

Value

A sampled object, which inherits from distribution.

Examples

s <- sampled(c(10, 20, 30, 40))
quantile(s, 0.5)
#> [1] 20
TVaR(s, 0.5)
#> [1] 35
