kernels.to_arrow()

Serialize one ibnr result to an Arrow IPC stream.

compression is None, "lz4" or "zstd"; anything else is refused by pyarrow. Leave it alone unless the link is the bottleneck: on posterior draws zstd buys 7.5% of the size for about three times the encode cost, and lz4 comes out larger than the uncompressed envelope.
