Expand description
Dist, the closed enum of every native distribution, for the places
where the family is chosen at run time: the Python and R bindings,
serialization and model outputs (docs/design/distributions.md,
“Static vs dynamic dispatch”).
Hot loops stay generic over D: Distribution and monomorphize; Dist
dispatches once per call with a match, not through a vtable.
